Company Policies

CLIENT AGREEMENT: By making a reservation you are agreeing to abide by all of Dunlap Limousine’s policies as set forth in the “Policy” section of our website “” 

RESERVATIONS - $200 non-refundable down payment is REQUIRED to process your reservation. Any remaining balance is due on the day of service when the vehicle arrives.

CONFIRMATION - We request that you call and reconfirm the times and addresses 24 hours before the run. It will be difficult or impossible to make time changes less than 48 hours beforehand. 

CANCELLATIONS - NO REFUNDS are given for cancellations. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled service you are responsible for the remaining balance in the event that vehicle does not get another reservation during that time slot. Cancellations may be re-scheduled for future trips for $50.00 administration fee, 7 DAYS notice is REQUIRED for re-scheduling.

CANCELLATIONS by Dunlap Limousine for any reason will be credited for future reservations. 

SUBSTITUTION - Dunlap Limousine reserves the right to subcontract the complete or remaining portion of any trip to an alternate carrier or substitute vehicles to complete the job.

BILLING - Your time starts at the arranged pick-up time at the first location and ends at the final drop-off when the vehicle is released by the client. Overtime charges will stop at this time.

OVERTIME BILLING - Overtime charges for services will be billed on the same credit card(s) used for deposit and payment unless they are paid in cash. You are given ten minutes grace period and then billed for another full hour. For example, 5 hours and 15 minutes would be billed as 6 hours. Please plan your event so that the final drop-off point falls within your reserved time.
OVERTIME - On a daytime run, there may be an evening run preventing you from using a vehicle past the scheduled time. Determine this ahead of time and plan accordingly. On an evening run overtime is not usually a problem.

DAMAGE OR THEFT– The client is responsible for all guest damages and items stolen from Dunlap Limousine. For all damages, missing or stolen items the client will be charged for replacement materials at cost plus $75 per hour labor, and any lost revenue during the down time. No shoes are allowed on the seats, walls, countertops or ceiling (yes, it does happen).
CLEANING CHARGE – Extra charges may be imposed for excessive mess by passengers  (this includes excessive trash, beer cans, bottles, etc.) at $250.00. Please help to avoid cleaning charges by removing your trash at the end of your event.

BIO HAZARD OR BODILY FLUID CLEAN-UP- is an automatic $350.00 charge per incident, NO EXCEPTIONS and this charge WILL be billed to the credit card on file. Professional cleaning and/or carpet replacement is expensive also.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in ANY of our vehicles. Smoking in our vehicle(s) will result in: 1st offense: $250 fee, 2nd offense: dismissal from the vehicle with NO REFUND.

COOLERS – we allow 1 large cooler or 2 small coolers on the buses. Coolers take up floor space and reduce leg room.

DIRECTIONS - Dunlap Limousine will request that you inform us of all addresses for your event, we do this for GPS use so we don’t have to bother your party with directions. Once you have reserved your limousine please forward the addresses and times as soon as possible to Also, we do not like to get vehicles into areas where we will have to back them out.

SEATING - Seating is essential at all times while in motion. Dunlap Limousine is not responsible for injuries to guests who are stupid enough to stand-up in a moving vehicle. Do not try to overload the vehicle, you will be told how many people legally allowed.

UNFAVORABLE CONDITIONS - Do not ask the driver to drive the car on muddy roads, torn up roads or go up steep driveways. IF the driver gets any kind ticket due to your instructions, the client is responsible for the charges.

CHAUFFEUR'S RESPONSIBILITY - The chauffeur’s primary responsibility (in addition to transporting you safely) is to safeguard the vehicle. The vehicle will never be left unattended during your time. Your chauffeur is not allowed to "party" with you. In the sole judgment of the chauffeur, if they determine that the behavior of you or your guests for any reason is out of control, obnoxious, disrespectful, unsafe, illegal or irresponsible, or places lives and property in jeopardy, they can and will terminate the run on the spot. The chauffeur may or may not issue a WARNING before taking this action. If this happens, you will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

DELAY’S - Dunlap Limousine will not be held liable for delays due to weather, road, traffic or mechanical conditions, driver illness or any other conditions beyond our control. Dunlap Limousine will also not be responsible for lodging or food costs due to delays. If you are on a time schedule please reserve your vehicle accordingly. Your chauffeur will not "speed" to your event or the nest stop. Our chauffeurs will only go as fast as the speed limits allow.

SURPRISE ARRIVALS - If the arrival of the vehicle is a surprise, be sure to indicate that when making your reservation.

ALCOHOL -no alcoholic beverages are served by Dunlap Limousine or its employees. Dunlap Limousine will not be liable for passengers who have consumed alcohol prior to, on board, or after the trip is completed.

CONTRABAND - Dunlap Limousine will refuse to transport anyone in possession of a weapon or illegal substance. Authorities will be contacted. Possession or use of illegal drugs by anyone in the vehicle is prohibited.

LOST ITEMS - Make sure you have left nothing in the vehicle at the end of the run. This is your responsibility and we will accept absolutely no liability for anything left behind, lost, missing or damaged. If you do leave something in the vehicle we will be glad to return it at our convenience for a travel fee.
MEDIA - All entertainment including cds, dvds, MP3's are to be provided by the client.

PARKING ARRANGEMENTS- If you want the vehicle parked at a particular place at a church, reception facility, etc., it will be your responsibility to see to it that a space for the vehicle is reserved in some manner. At the driver’s discretion, he may decide the waiting area is unsafe and will leave. It will be your responsibility to communicate with the driver and arrange an exact time for him to return. It will be your absolute responsibility to communicate directly and clearly to the chauffeur where to go and when you want the vehicle to be back at that location.

DECORATIONS - window clings and decorations held by scotch tape are the only decorations allowed.

DUI - The person making the reservation is responsible for making arrangements so that no one in your party is put in a position of driving under the influence.

Introduction to the vehicle: The Chauffeur will take 2-5 minutes at the beginning of each rental to introduce themselves and inform your guests of some general rules.
